GUILTY PARTIES

Zack de la Rocha, y.Tim.k, Tom Morello, Brad Wilk

Zack de la Rocha - Vocals
Zack de la Rocha was born in Long Beach, California, 1970. His parents separated when he was one year old. His father, Beto de la Rocha, was a painter. He suffered a breakdown and forced Zack to tear and shred all of the paintings that Zack loved very much. As Zack grew older, he grew even farther from his father. Beto de la Rocha has gotten back into painting. Zack was in a band called "Inside Out" before RATM. Rage Against the Machine was a song on Inside Out's second unreleased album. Zack wrote all of the lyrics in all three RATM cds.

Y.Tim.K - Bass
Y.Tim.K, a.k.a. Timmy C., Tim Bob, and his REAL name, Tim Commerford. Tim changes his name on every RATM album. Tim is the bassist and a childhood friend of Zack, the lead singer. Zack is the one who got him into music and introduced him to the bass guitar. His father is a space engineer and his mother was a mathematician until she passed away to brain cancer. He doesnt like the cops much or the horrible things they do to people. he feels that RATM is more than just music.

Tom Morello - Guitar

His mother founded and organization called Parents For Rock and Rap, which fights censorship. She is seen introducing tha band at many concerts(RATM home video before "Killing In The Name"at the Pink Pop Festival) talkin about ways to fight censorship. Tom was in a band, "Electric Sheep" with Adam Jones of Tool before he was with Rage. Morello has complketely mastered tha efects of tha foot pedal. He majored in Political Science where he eventually graduated, Harvard University.

Brad Wilk - Drums
Brad Wilk is from Portland, Oregon in 1968. He is in the band for more music than politics, unlike tha rest of tha band. He met tom when he auditioned for "Lock-Up," Toms former band. When that band split, Tom contacted Brad again and then went to LA to meet Zack and Timmy C., and Rage Against The Machine was formed.
